Adv Macros -- Adapted from Gordon McComb's Menuts.WPM:

Files consist of:

ADV.WPM -   Popup menu macro with Advance Up & Down moves for
            formating docs.  There are eight separate macros
            chained to ADV. Works by placing cursor bar over
            option and hitting return.

Eight separate macros for chaining to ADV.WPM.

ADV1 - Advance up 2 pts
ADV2 - Advance up 4 pts
ADV3 - Advance up 6 pts
ADV4 - Advance open - Stops at advance up screen - Set your own distance.
ADV5 thur ADV8 - Same movements as above, for Advance down.

Must copy all ADV1 thru 8 in same directory as ADV.

I loaded adv.wpm (menu) into keyboard as ALT-A and pops up menu for easy
insertion of advance codes.  

Many thanks to Gordon McComb for his elegant pop-up macro, which this
is made from.  Can also be adapted for other uses, e.g., I also have
ALT-R for rules -- another for AFC's - another for move's, etc.
